Planting the Seeds ~ A Meaningful Introduction to Mindfulness
Planting the Seeds is a one-time session with your group. You & your team will be invited to learn what mindfulness is and the evidenced-based benefits of a mindfulness practice. You will also be invited to step away from all the DOing and settle into BEing through a specially curated mindfulness practice.
Mindfulness Takes Root ~ Establishing a Deeper Understanding
Mindfulness Takes Root is a three-time bundle of sessions with your group. You & your team will have planted the seeds in the first session. During the next two sessions you will establish a deeper understanding of how these practices can support YOUR ACTUAL day. Based on the assessment, your sessions will be geared around your unique needs. Picture a growing sense of confident, grounded awareness in your daily life.
Mindfulness Breaks Through ~ Embodied Evidence of Practice Grows
Mindfulness Breaks Through is a six-time bundle of sessions with your group. You and your team will have planted the seeds of mindfulness, established a deeper understanding of mindfulness practices and now embody the evidence of practice in your individual and collective experiences. YOU now have grown along with your practice and the evidence is clear.
